Jazz&The City 2023
International Jazz Festival within the walls of Salzburg’s old town.
37 programme items in ten different locations in Salzburg’s old town – from the art Hotel Blaue Gans to the Zwerglgarten: the stages of Jazz&TheCity are as versatile as the artists: at different locations, different artists provide an incomparable atmosphere and musical experiments. The programme includes world music, jazz and electronic music, international greats as well as promising newcomers. For the first time in 2023, there will also be a cooperation with the Hamburg Elbphilharmonie Academy, which will give two concerts at Jazzit. Musicians and music enthusiasts will wander through Salzburg’s old town streets and alleys and enjoy the mix of music, culinary delights and the casual encounters – with free admission.
