Baking Christmas biscuits with professional guidance in Olina’s kitchen studio
On 29 August 2023, the second “Pride Night Kitchen Club” took place as part of the Pride Festival Salzburg 2023. Uli Helminger celebrated a 4-course menu as maître de cuisine with more than 30 participants in Olina’s kitchen studio. Great fun – and instructive! The next opportunity to experience Uli is on 16 December. Then he will introduce you to the secrets of Christmas baking. The programme includes chocolate and vanilla liqueur warmers, up to 10 types of biscuits, spritz chocolate biscuits, gingerbread, a Heigl selection of recipes, and much more. This can be interesting, costs 69€, gifts like spices and kitchen utensils included. The baking results will then be given away at the HOSI Salzburg punch stand at the Salzburg Christkindlmarkt for a donation. We are happy to be part of it!
