Baking Christmas biscuits with professional guidance in Olina’s kitchen studio
On 29 August 2023, the second “Pride Night Kitchen Club” took place as part of the Salzburg 2023 Pride Festival. Uli Helminger celebrated a 4-course menu with more than 30 participants in Olina’s kitchen studio as maître de cuisine. Great fun – and instructive! The next opportunity to experience Uli will be on 16 December. Then he will introduce you to the secrets of Christmas baking. The programme includes chocolate and vanilla liqueur as a warming agent, up to 10 types of biscuits, spritz chocolate biscuits, gingerbread, a Heigl selection of recipes and much more. This can be interesting, costs 69€, gifts such as spices and kitchen utensils included. The baking results will then be handed out at the HOSI Salzburg punch stall at the Salzburg Christmas market in return for a donation. We would love to be there!
